JOB SUMMARY

As the Manager of Comprehensive Care, you will manage a team focused on patient care. Your role includes planning for optimal clinical outcomes and efficient resource use. Work closely with staff in different areas to coordinate care effectively and maximize benefits for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Masters’ or Bachelors degree plus (2) two years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - (5) Five Years of Experience
  • CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
  • Supervise administrative, technical, and clinical tasks using industry best practices. This involves hiring, firing, evaluations, growth plans, and troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively to address ongoing issues tied to patient care coordination, discharge planning, case management, and utilization review.
  • Monitor procedures and systems closely for efficient service delivery.
  • Develop new tools, procedures, and systems to enhance case management effectiveness.
  • Confirm that patient care necessities are met and treatment plans are carried out appropriately at every level of care.
  • Create systems to involve healthcare professionals in planning and delivering care.
  • Encourage teamwork among doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers for better patient outcomes.
  • Implement standardized policies to streamline operations and ensure top-notch patient care. Verify compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
