This people leader role will lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This position oversees end-to-end forecasting, procurement operations, and inventory optimization to ensure seamless alignment between supply and demand. This opportunity directly impacts service levels, working capital, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the IBP Planning Team to deliver on strategic inventory targets, optimize rebate opportunities, and generate measurable value across the organization.
  • Provide effective leadership to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP demand and supply reviews at divisional, regional, and national levels to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process, consolidating inputs from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to develop robust demand and supply plans.
  • Partner with IBP Functional team to improve and leverage the statistical forecast models using historical data, market trends, and seasonal agricultural cycles.
  • Incorporate external market intelligence to enhance forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of forecast inaccuracies and service level issues, and communicate corrective actions to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory health.
  • Oversee procurement operations, ensuring purchase requests meet strategic criteria and are processed efficiently.
  • Confirm purchase orders, and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with TAP and Accounts Payable.
  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations, identify excess or obsolete stock, and propose resolution strategies.
  • Support SKU lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and rationalization.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Supply Managers and LPI marketing team to ensure product availability and portfolio alignment.
  • Resolve demand-supply imbalances by proactively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity across planning systems by partnering with business owners and the IBP functional team.
  • Utilize IBP and SAP tools to streamline processes and enhance visibility across the supply chain.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting, procurement, and supply/demand synchronization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices related to agricultural supply chains.
