Lead the team in WET/CMP process and defect problem solving. Drive the expansion of WET/CMP paths and MXT to achieve higher manufacturing efficiency. Manage new generation transfer projects and network task forces to ensure flawless execution. Determine and successfully implement strategies to improve process performance and output. Proven experience with WET/CMP processes and a track record of defect reduction. Extensive knowledge and skills in path expansion and transfer requirements. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years in WET/CMP process roles, with at least an Engineer Lead. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ambitious individual dedicated to continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
