We seek a dedicated MGR, F11 Process Engineering Dry Etch for our team in Taiwan, offering a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative work environment. Our Engineering team is committed to delivering world-class solutions and flawless execution. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects through your proven expertise and dedication. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Etch Process team to successfully implement engineering projects. Identify and consistently follow project deadlines, ensuring all achievements are reached. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and optimize etch processes. Analyze data to compete and improve process performance and yield. Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an associated field. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering. Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: An Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is necessary. Experience with etch process development and optimization. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and invention of experiments (DOE). Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented setting. Proficient in Mandarin and English.
