Description
Drive for efficiency in all work processes, ensuring flawless execution. Identify, manage, and monitor key performance indicators for the section. Establish a dedicated quality control culture within the section (SPC/FDC/defense line, etc.). Ensure effective change system management is maintained (SWR, GCP, GeRM, etc.). Formulate and drive fixes for main yield issues and IDL detractors across all products. Drive process simplification projects and support RPT reductions to improve Fab efficiency and costs. Communicate section goals and areas of focus within your sphere of influence. Provide section updates to review current status and future goals and objectives. Manage and develop team members, encouraging a culture of performance excellence. Develop a succession management strategy and conduct talent reviews. Advocate a performance management culture and monitor the use of the performance management system. Drive the deployment of site values and monitor the internal climate within the organization. Build competitive and creative strategies and plans. Prioritize and approve projects to align with OMT and F16 main focus. Demonstrate support for EHS programs and ensure required training is completed. Proven experience in process engineering or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and strategic coordination abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and implement process improvements. Knowledge of quality control systems and performance management practices. Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in the semiconductor industry. Familiarity with SPC/FDC systems and change management processes. Strong project management skills. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing central initiatives.
