Key Responsibilities: Act as a change agent as we grow and develop under our “One Fanatics” culture. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR Plans to drive positive employee experience during the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to employee development and continuous employee engagement. By Fans, For Fans; engage and learn with the business to deliver on the fan experience for all our customers Educate, coach and partner with supervisors on performance management and employee development goals Willingness to jump in and understand the HR and operations processes and policies Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development Maintain close relationships and connections with US based HR Centers of Excellence (ie compensation/benefits, HRIS, legal, talent acquisition, etc.) Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention, compensation, benefits, talent management, succession planning and L&D Improve HR Capability through cross functional partnerships Collaborate with cross functional HR team to champion a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results Use your analytical skills to help guide and influence key decisions with data. Lead all HR policies, programs, and procedures for the site, ensuring compliance and consistency Ability to create and analyze data/reports in order to implement proactive HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable Thai employment laws Maintain relationships with internal immigration partners and external immigration counsel, facilitate efficient processing of immigration applications from immigration platform Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Strong command of written and spoken English and Thai is required Proven experience developing innovative solutions and driving them through to implementation. Progressive HR experience with key experience in developing people strategies. 5+ years of human resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a generalist capacity advising and influencing business leaders (preferably with a US based/global company) Ability to influence peers and leaders across the company to drive the right outcomes, strong and proven influencing skills. Set a high bar for themselves and delivers on commitments as an action orientated partner to the business. Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically while optimizing results for HR and the Business. Experience working globally and partnering with a geographically diverse team Experience with Immigration platform and single window
