Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Consults with business leaders, designs strategic learning solutions, and oversees the development and implementation of training curricula that align with organizational goals.

Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities

  • Consults with key leaders across the company on training requests to identify the correct training solutions and steps necessary to achieve desired goals
  • Collaborates with business unit leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements
  • Responsible for scope planning, execution, and adhering to quality and cost control
  • Plans and executes process for measurements, evaluations, and reports
  • Leads a team of Instructional Designers to create all forms of training modalities
  • Assumes overall responsibility for supervising all phases of assigned projects
  • Responsible for identifying strengths and development areas of their Instructional Designers to support growth and cultivate a high-performing team
  • Works with the LMS team to ensure courses, resources, and reports are setup completely and correctly
  • Creates and executes the strategy and implementation of job skills delivery and training administration process/support

Education and Experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, HR, curriculum and instruction, a related field or comparable experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR training / development area
  • Experience in project management
