Job Description Key responsibilities MI Production & Reporting Develop, maintain, and automate periodic MI reports across key business metrics. Manage dashboards to support senior management oversight and strategic decision-making. Ensure consistency and standardisation of reporting. Data Analysis & Insight Generation Analyse trends, variances, and performance drivers across financial and non-financial metrics. Translate data into actionable insights to support business unit’s risk management. Data Governance & Quality Assurance Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in line with internal data governance standards. Perform validation checks across multiple data sources. Support data lineage documentation and ensure traceability of MI outputs. Risk & Compliance Oversight Ensure MI outputs meet regulatory and internal governance requirements. Support audit reviews and provide documentation evidencing data controls and reporting processes. Monitor key risk indicators and escalate material deviations to relevant stakeholders. Job Requirement Experience 2-3 years of experience in MI reporting, data analytics, preferably within banking or financial services. Experience supporting senior management reporting and regulatory submissions is preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI). Strong understanding of data structures, data modelling, and reporting frameworks. Experience with automation tools and data pipelines is an advantage. Core Competencies Analytical thinking and problem-solving Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights Demonstrated aptitude toward Data Storytelling and Root Cause Analysis using data Analytics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willing to learn, must be able to work in team or independently, produce result in accordance to timeline.
