You will be accountable for managing a supply chain planning team that generates forecasts and drives accuracy and accountability across multiple business units. This critical function is essential to the success of our company as we navigate through the different business cycles and dynamic product markets. · Collaborate with cross-functional team members to build a demand forecast that fits the business needs · Work with the supply and capacity planning team to align production plans with the demand forecast · Manage a team of program planners to drive forecast accuracy, production plan adherence, and own the end-to-end planning lifecycle for all components · Continually collect, review, and analyze feedback from the multiple business units to modify forecasts as needed · Segment strategies for the multiple phases of production to optimize and drive our inventory strategy · Meet key inventory objectives, while ensuring optimal levels that reduces or eliminates excess and obsolete inventory · Communicate any gaps or deviations from the production plan, and the recovery strategy that will be deployed to ensure goal attainment onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
