Description
Develop a working team culture that emphasizes individual strengths by aligning team member skills with roles and responsibilities that are valued and contribute to overall team success. Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals. Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment, ensuring transfer goals are achieved. Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams. Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs. Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members. Degree: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years' experience in Diffusion or Implant . At least 1 year above experience as a people lead. Shown ability to partner effectively with other groups (site, network, global) and build strong peer relationships. Ability to empower and challenge teams to improve the efficiency of the organization. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills to optimally communicate at all levels within the organization. Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills while providing insights to drive strategic direction.
