Description
Working with TD/CPIE and all related Dept/DRAM network to develop and establish new MOL2 process BKM, not limited to defining, developing and establishing process capabilities, strategy and roadmap, ensuring effective and efficient risk management strategy, developing new capabilities and new materials ahead of needs through continuous improvement projects; reducing cost through continuous cost reduction effort. 1. Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to solve process integration issues. In bevel and back side. 2. Own and ensure that the in-line MOL2 spec limits are set at optimum and reviewed as needed. 3. Partner with TD, CPIE, all related Dept, DRAM network, IE, Process and Equipment Engineering and production to better forecast and balance yield, output and process issues. 2. Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on Required, Bachelor's Degree above. Required, above 3-year experience of PI or Process and Equipment Engineering . proven experience as a team leader for 1-2 years are preferred. 1.
