MINIMAL EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related discipline required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years related experience. A related advanced degree may offset experience requirement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills.
Frequent travel may be required.
