Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of Procurement’s Governance Framework, aligned to the Procurement Governance Strategy, including governance standards required for procurement systems, in collaboration with system and process owners to ensure consistent utilization and compliance.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional business process analysis to identify documentation gaps, implement improvement plans, and required change management.
  • Draft, review, and manage the publication lifecycle of procurement policies and procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Procurement, Category Management, ESG, Strategic Inclusion, Legal, Internal Audit, and others.
  • Manage and modernize Procurement SharePoint sites and associated document libraries to improve accessibility, usability, and version control.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of procurement process documentation (process maps, policies, standards, procedures, work instructions) to support global consistency.
  • Oversee recurring governance activities, such as compliance reporting, risk identification, and audit readiness, and support resulting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support functional risk management efforts by identifying procurement and supply chain risks, and contributing to resolution of mitigation strategies and internal controls.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and peer leadership within the Governance & Enablement team.
  • Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new or updated policies, tools, and processes.
