Description

Provide effective leadership to the manufacturing team to ensure implementation of strategies for manufacturing metrics, i.e. OTD, scrap reduction, yield, productivity and inventory. Participate in Operation Review meeting. Develop and retain a multi-level results-focused team. Ensure RBA compliance and work place health and safety issues Provide guidance and solutions to more complex manufacturing issues. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred. Technical expertise in PCB Assembly process, SMT, RoHS Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Lean Manufacturing, IPC Standards, and Quality Systems required. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. N/A N/A N/A
