Job Summary The Program and Partnerships Manager will support the Office of Family & Community Partnerships, to strategically lead partnership work across the district. This role will develop, retain and align partners across district initiatives to support MNPS students, staff, and families to thrive. The Program and Partnerships Manager will provide leadership, direction, and effective management for the Partnership Team and community partners.  What you will do * Establish, coordinate, and nurture relationships with community based organizations, government entities, corporations, foundations, and higher education institutions to strategically and equitably align partners, resources, opportunities, and schools, across all Office of Family and Community Partnership initiatives. * Lead, coach, and supervise the Partnership Team. * Manage existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts. * Collect, maintain, and track data to support the quality of programs and services provided by partners, identify opportunities to grow, and evaluate partnerships. * Lead planning and delivery of partner engagement opportunities and professional development for both internal and external stakeholders. * Lead strategic planning for the Partner Team, ensuring alignment with district goals. * Manage relevant partner processes such as MNPS Partner Registration, and the MNPS Partner Agreement process in collaboration with MNPS Procurement. * Support marketing, branding strategy and external facing communications regarding partnerships for the Office of Family and Community Partnerships. Education Qualifications * Master's Degree Preferred Experience Qualifications * 4-6 years Experience in related field Required Skills and Abilities * Interpersonal skills. * Time Management. * Responsibility and self-motivation. * Communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Familiarity and prior experience working with leadership in governmental, non-profit and for-profit community entities. * Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working partnerships designed to achieve common goals. * Exceptional organization skills and familiarity with generally accepted software for use in office settings.
