Job Summary Coordinate and manage mentoring supports/services within MNPS. Develop relationships to establish a mentoring network alliance between MNPS and the Community, including Charter Schools. What you will do Collect, manage, and analyze district mentoring data; maintain reliable processes to verify and cohort school mentoring rosters across MNPS Track participation and outcomes and produce clear, timely reports for schools Maintain mentor resources, facilitator guides, and a professional learning calendar Recruit, vet, onboard, and support community partners and volunteers; manage MOUs, background checks, and compliance Curate and manage evidence-informed mentoring curricula and materials for secondary grades Implement research- and evidence-based mentoring practices and update guidance to maintain best practices districtwide Participate in Positive School Supports Diversion Programming to align mentoring supports and referrals Collaborate with school and district teams to align mentoring with school needs and schedules Plan and host mentoring events, including orientations, kickoffs, showcases, and recognition Design and facilitate engaging training sessions for school, district staff, and partners. Education Qualifications Master's Degree in relevant field Required Experience Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in administration and/or management of mentoring supports/services; experience in recruitment of securing funding support for mentoring; demonstration of coordination of community engagement Required Skills and Abilities Possesses a mastery of computer and office skills, (High proficiency) Demonstrates the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, (High proficiency) Exercises initiative and judgment and makes decisions within the scope of assigned authority (High proficiency) Proven success in coordinating cross-functional teams, building partnerships, and delivering adult learning or professional development (High proficiency) Experience leading programs at scale in a large, complex organization (High proficiency) Equivalency Starting At: $58,362.46 Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
