About the Opportunity MHE Forklift Operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Walkie, Dock Stocker)
Fuze HR is seeking dedicated and experienced MHE Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution facility in Calgary (via sister company Accuristix). This Temp‑to‑Perm role is ideal for individuals with solid forklift certification and warehouse experience.

Schedule & Compensation MHE Forklift Operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Walkie, Dock Stocker)

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rate: $21.00/hour, plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly via direct deposit
• Positions Available: 1

Key Responsibilities: MHE Forklift Operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Walkie, Dock Stocker)

• Operate Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Walkie, and Dock Stocker—strong focus on Reach Truck
• Pick, replenish, and move inventory using WMS/RF scanners
• Load shipments, manage labeling, and support monthly/cycle counts
• Report discrepancies and handle damaged goods per GMP
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist supervisors

Working Conditions: MHE Forklift Operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Walkie, Dock Stocker)

• Work in both normal warehouse and cold/freezer environments
• Expect heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and strict PPE use
• Steel‑toe safety shoes are mandatory
• Students will not be considered

Candidate Requirements: MHE Forklift Operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Walkie, Dock Stocker)

• Minimum 2 years experience operating MHE
• Valid certifications: Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, Order Picker, etc.
• Proficient with RF scanning systems and WMS/TMS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow GMP protocols
• Fluent verbal and written English; secondary education or equivalent
• Eligible to work in Canada (work permit valid for 3+ years or permanent resident)

• Forklift assessment
• Grammar test
• Math test
