JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious MHE Operator to join our team. This role involves operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts (Crown and Komatsu) in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid forklift license or certification
• 1–2 years of experience operating Crown and Komatsu machines preferred
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to warehouse demands
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no students)

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Adhere to all workplace safety standards and company policies
• Support general warehouse operations as required
