Wincanton are looking for a MHE Professional Standards Trainer to join the team.
Reporting to the Regional People Campus Manager (North)
An exciting opportunity as arisen for a MHE Professional Standards Trainer on a permanent contract with Wincanton. The role will be responsible for the management of the Wincanton HSEQ training programmes, assisting with the writing and delivery of health & safety training and operating equipment across the business whilst ensuring the programmes are continuously reviewed and updated in line with legislation and industry best practice.
In addition to core training responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide essential operational support to the broader People Campus team during periods where training requirements are at a minimum. This ensures the team’s overall efficiency and agility, allowing us to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality service.
Salary: - £32,000 + Car
Contract: Permanent – Full time
Location: National - with extensive UK travel
