About the Role: The MHT/Phlebotomist at Larkin Behavioral Health Services plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. Minimum Qualifications: * BLS Certification (American Heart Association) * Certification in phlebotomy from an accredited program. * Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting. Responsibilities: * Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse * Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames. * Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising. * Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits. * Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed Work Schedule: Day Shift
