We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details: Summaries of Responsibilities: Assist in managing event logistics and coordinate details for MICE events. Prepare and maintain event documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports. Support the sales team in scheduling appointments and conducting follow-ups with clients. Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, bookings, and event plans. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled. Assist in creating promotional materials for MICE offerings. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
