We are currently recruiting in KUONI for a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team. We are looking for Spanish or Portuguese Speakers who also speak German and English Fluently.
Candidates should ideally be coming from an event agency or a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients. End to end event/project management is key and candidates must be able to manage the full scope of their own events, from answering the client request/brief with the best tailored proposal to financial reconciliation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year
• Proposal creation and pitch, when required
• Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
• Supplier management prior, during and after the event
• Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
• Client and account management to ensure repeat business
• Onsite management of the event
• Budget management and post event reconciliation
• Reporting to various stakeholders

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
