The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to corporate clients and individuals seeking to plan events. As an expert in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a client base, identifying potential clients, and targeting them through various sales methods. You will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients. As the MICE Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them. Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry. Attend industry events to network and promote our services. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Detail-oriented and organized. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
