This role focuses on building client relationships, securing new business, maximizing revenue through strategic selling and up-selling, and ensuring seamless event execution from contract to completion.   What You’ll Do Sales & Business Development * Identify, solicit, and secure new group and catering business. * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. Event & Revenue Management * Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, contracts, and forecasting. * Maximize revenue through up-selling of rooms, catering, and services. * Collaborate with internal teams (Banqueting, F&B, Marketing) for successful event delivery. * Ensure accurate handover to operations and smooth event execution. Customer Experience * Provide exceptional service throughout the client journey. * Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after events. * Handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Operations & Reporting * Support budgeting and revenue forecasting. * Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company standards. * Analyze market data and performance to improve results. What We’re Looking For * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, event management, or a related field. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
