Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Key Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day operations of MICE events, including meetings, conferences, corporate events, and exhibitions. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all specifications are met. Liaise with internal departments (catering, audiovisual, housekeeping, security) to ensure smooth event execution. Oversee event setup, operations during the event, and post-event breakdown and evaluation. Manage and train a team of event coordinators and support staff to deliver high-quality service. Monitor event budgets, ensure cost control, and handle billing and invoicing related to MICE events. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during all events. Handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all MICE activities and prepare regular reports for management. Assist in developing and implementing new processes and strategies to improve MICE operations. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in MICE operations or event management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to event management.
