MISSION: In our Bussines Development roles, he/she/they will focus: - To know and analyze his market - To implement business strategy defined, by applying the entity's methods - To manage dealer account and user portfolio - Responsible for the business relationship and the business result with his accounts in assigned territory. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY: General activités : - Deploys an action plan concerns the customers (dealer) in the assigned territory: gather data on vehicles, tires checking, tire performance from Fleet Auditor to convince customers on the using tires efficiency and saving cost; propose & deploy actions needed from dealers… - Develop (together with concerns parties) and deploys the necessary tools and documentations which are to be used with customers e.g. price list, tools or equipment, dealer, end user portfolio, etc. - Create the development of sales volume and Share Of Market (SOM) concerns the assigned territory - Bring in or create new dealers. - Develop volume and SOM of their portfolio - Building up the relationship of Michelin, BFGoodrich, Beyond Road brand with dealers and end users - Contribute to promotion events and carry-on company campaigns to dealer and end users - Develop a performance report and circulation to concerns parties. - Collaborate with concerns parties to ensure all customer’s issues are effectively treated. - Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer - Fulfilling and updating the information into SFA mandatory data - Consolidates market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environment…) - Monthly visit of priority customers following by visit report with action plan Dealer activities: - Accountable sales target and negotiate in order to reach the objective setting for dealers - Manage/ implement distribution approach methodology and partnering programs - Manage purchase quality, stock checking, etc. - Preparing margin calculation concerns Michelin tries vs competitors - Improves basic product knowledge and sales skills to dealers sales team - Analyses customer portfolio and qualifies the accounts according to the expected result and the investment to be provided. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: - 5 years experiences in sales position. Preferable in automobile and lubricant industry or tool or machinery - Hunting mindset and ambition to succeed. - Good Analyst skill, - Good communication in both English & Vietnamese - Good under pressure and non- standard working time - Patient, hard working - Willing travelling, flexible on working time. Responsibilities
