THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A level or Degree in relevant Science subject or other relevant qualification.
-1 - 2 years relevant professional experience in Microbiology (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Microbiology Technician, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt’s Health Division. Your expertise will not only maintain the highest standards within our supply and distribution chains but also empower our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competent in a range of microbiological techniques including, but not limited to, finished product testing, raw material testing, environmental monitoring (non-sterile and sterile areas), water sampling & testing and identification of microbiological isolates.
- Ensure that all tasks are conducted, and relevant data is recorded, checked and approved in accordance with GMP, GLP and GDP.
- Plans own workload and manages resources to provide an effective testing service.
- Work closely with all other members of the Microbiology team to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and the laboratory is left clean and tidy at the end of every working day.
- Promptly responds to issues prioritising them effectively and resolving immediate issues in a timely manner.
