Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microblading Artist with a passion for teaching and sharing their expertise to join our team as both an Artist and Instructor. The ideal candidate will have advanced microblading techniques, experience in client care, and a desire to educate others in the art of microblading. As a Microblading Artist/Instructor, you will provide exceptional service to clients while also leading training sessions for aspiring artists.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Microblading Artist, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Certification in Microblading and/or permanent makeup (must be accredited).
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring others in a professional setting is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and students.
• Knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in microblading.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene practices.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Perform high-quality microblading services for clients, ensuring natural-looking, symmetrical brows.
• Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, teaching students the techniques and best practices for microblading.
• Educate clients and students on aftercare and proper maintenance of their microbladed brows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and safety standards in the microblading industry.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide ongoing support to students after their training, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
• Help promote the salon and training programs through marketing and word of mouth.
