Join an internationally recognized designer, manufacturer and marketer of resistive foil technology, sensors and sensor-based systems as a Full-Time Microelectronics Assembler at VPG’s location in Wendell, NC. The Assembler will perform fabrication functions in the production of devices. They will also support policies & procedures to promote continuous improvement to the quality of the product. Responsibilities: Read, understand, and follow all forms of procedures, processes, work orders and any related documentation to produce high quality products. Following and comprehending SOPs is vital at all times. Use of magnifiers, microscopes, small hand tools, tweezers, scalpels and razor blades. Works with chemicals and solutions. Responsible to operate, maintain, and perform housekeeping tasks for machine/equipment. System usage may be required for use processing work orders. Responsible for material expiration date control as outlined in the process.
