Description AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Microsection Lab Operator to join our growing company. Essential Job Function: Perform daily and routine chemical bath analysis and facilitate changes and additions. Prepare and evaluate micro-sections per required specifications. Identify and control nonconforming product Prepare and perform all statistical data collections required. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is 3rd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. Requirements Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience: HS diploma or equivalent Three (3) years minimum experience in PCB manufacturing. Preferred Additional Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of complex board manufacturing including but not limited to, military rigid and rigid-flex board manufacturing. Understanding of industry standards and specifications (IPC). Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Able to support and implement company safety protocols. The ability to read and understand English Good written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of chemicals and solutions related to PCB manufacturing. General knowledge of customer drawings, specifications, and industry specifications. Physical Requirements: Computer work for periods up to two hours at a time Small motor skills used in keyboarding and mousing Walking on uneven surfaces, ability to walk up and down stairs Bending at the head and neck Vision skills required to view into a microscope Bending at the waist Compensation: California Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour USD | DOE The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
