Overview: We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 focused IT professional to support and manage O365 environments for multiple small and midsize business clients. This role is hands-on and practical, perfect for someone who enjoys making user access clean and secure. You will play a key role in employee onboarding, offboarding, MFA enforcement, and day to day Microsoft 365 administration across our MSP client base. Key Responsibilities: Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and OneDrive Handle employee onboarding and offboarding end to end Create, modify, and remove user accounts and licenses Configure and enforce multi factor authentication and security policies Manage password resets, access issues, and account troubleshooting Perform mailbox management including migrations, permissions, and spam related investigations Provide basic SharePoint Online administration including site permissions and document access Assist with Azure related tasks such as user identity, roles, and basic tenant configuration Support ongoing O365 maintenance, audits, and best practices for MSP clients Document procedures and client specific configurations clearly Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in an MSP environment Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and security baselines Basic PowerShell for O365 administration Understanding of compliance concepts like retention and auditing Exposure to Intune or device management is a plus Requirements: Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment Strong understanding of user lifecycle management Comfortable supporting multiple clients with varying setups Clear communication skills and attention to detail Ability to follow process while still thinking critically Why This Role Matters: This position directly supports client security, productivity, and compliance.
