POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Architect with extensive experience in designing and managing Microsoft 365 environments. You will use your technical and collaboration skills to provide strategic direction, best practices, and expert guidance on the full Microsoft 365 suite.
Your primary focus will be leading cloud adoption initiatives and guiding customers through challenges related to collaboration, security, and productivity in Microsoft 365. This involves everything from governance and security compliance to optimizing collaboration tools in close partnership with technical teams and business leaders. The goal is to establish secure and efficient Microsoft 365 environments that align with both IT and business objectives.
As an expert advisor in Microsoft 365, you will work closely with various enterprise clients, acting as a principal consultant. In a project setting, this means offering support and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

  • Automation and Scripting – Leverage PowerShell and other automation tools to streamline management tasks, automate deployments, and ensure efficient operation of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with IT leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, deliver architectural solutions, and provide technical expertise.
  • Security Best Practices – Lead the implementation of security measures within Microsoft 365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and Threat Management.
  • Monitoring and Optimization – Regularly assess the Microsoft 365 environment’s performance, security, and compliance posture, and make recommendations for improvements.
