M365 Solutions Architect
The M365 Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions to meet organizational needs. This role focuses on leveraging the M365 platform, including services like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, to drive collaboration, productivity, and compliance. The M365 Solutions Architect collaborates with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.
Responsibilities:
· Architect and deploy M365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform applications, tailored to business requirements.
· Integrate M365 with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications to ensure seamless interoperability.
· Lead migrations from on-premises or legacy systems (e.g., SharePoint Server, file shares) to M365, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
· Configure M365 security features (e.g., data loss prevention, conditional access, retention policies) and ensure compliance with regulations
· Develop and enforce M365 governance policies, including tenant configuration, user access controls, and lifecycle management.
· Monitor and optimize M365 performance, user experience, and licensing to maximize value and efficiency.
· Work with business units, IT teams, and leadership to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive user adoption.
· Create documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide tier-3 support for M365-related issues.
· Stay updated on M365 roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business processes.
_ Qualifications:_
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on M365 architecture, deployment, or administration.
· Proven experience in designing and implementing M365 solutions (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps).
· Hands-on experience with M365 migrations, security configurations, and governance.
· Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
· Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
· Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Administrator Associate
· Deep knowledge of M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform).
· Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Graph API.
· Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance tools (e.g., Defender for Cloud Apps, eDiscovery).
· Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and integration patterns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
