As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you are responsible for:

• Managing the Microsoft 365 portfolio;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions;
• Act as a trusted advisor for our colleagues;
• Streamline Microsoft 365 related business processes and procedures;
• Inspire and enthuse colleagues about Microsoft 365 capabilities;
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 tools;
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and proactively suggest improvements

You have more than 4 years’ experience in a similar Microsoft 365 consulting role with deep knowledge of/ experience with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and other Microsoft collaboration products. Furthermore you acquire the following skills:

• You have at least a HBO (bachelor) work and thinking level;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English;
• Microsoft certifications are a plus;
• have a technical foundation and know your way around getting disruptions and inquiries within Microsoft 365 resolved
