Description
  • Your responsibilities include the support, optimization and further development of our M365 services (especially Exchange Online).
  • You will also delve deeper and take care of analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd and 3rd level support for complex M365 and Exchange Online scenarios.
  • You conduct security assessments and create recommendations for action.
  • You manage and optimize mail flow, transport rules, spam and phishing protection.
  • You automate what can be automated (e.g., with PowerShell).
  • You will take on technical responsibility in software release and lifecycle projects.
  • Close collaboration with customers and internal teams is a matter of course for you.
