REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet all of the following:

• Active Microsoft Certification (at least one of the following): MD-102, MS-700, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-104, AZ-120, AZ-140, AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-700, AZ-800, AZ-801
• Mobile Device Management Experience with Intune and Autopilot
• DNS Configuration Expertise including MX, DMARC, DKIM, SPF
• Microsoft 365 Implementation Experience: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Teams
• Identity Management Experience using Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Compliance & Data Governance Experience using Microsoft Purview

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written)
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Experience working in an MSP or multi-tenant environment

JOB DUTIES:

Provide excellent customer service to end-users in implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments via phone, email, chat, remote access and in-person.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Defender.
• Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage identity and access through Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Implement and troubleshoot DNS records including MX, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
• Leverage Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver secure and efficient Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide expert-level support and documentation for Microsoft 365 deployments and security configurations.
