ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be leading from the front: designing, delivering, and evolving training that transforms the way people use technology. If you’re excited by the challenge, read on.

  • Learning Innovation: Designing and delivering impactful training programmes (in-person and online) on Microsoft 365, digital workplace tools, and bespoke solutions.
  • Eye for Detail: Bringing a developer’s eye for detail and structure to training materials, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Coaching and mentoring others, setting standards to raise the bar and helping our team grow its capability.
  • Client Impact: Working closely with clients to understand their pain points and craft training that genuinely makes their working lives easier.
  • Change enablement: Experience Supporting digital transformation projects through needs analysis, embedding adoption and behaviour change.
  • Results Focused: Track the effectiveness of training delivery by collecting feedback, measuring learner success, and reporting outcomes. Ability to adjust content or delivery methods accordingly.
  • Expert: Up to date with SharePoint, Power Platform, CoPilot and Microsoft 365 trends, tools, and best practices to deliver the most effective learning experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Using feedback and insight to refine programmes and maximise client outcomes
  • Experience in delivering SharePoint, Power Platform and CoPilot at various levels
  • Full driving licence
  • Willing to travel to client offices around Scotland

  • You are someone who is willing to travel if required to attend client’s sites to deliver training across the UK.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering training programmes including administration, development, or end-user support.
  • You hold a UK driving licenc
