OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Support & Training Specialist to join our dynamic team.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  Certifications and training in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred. Relevant work experience may offset the educational requirement.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 4 years of relevant experience; or
• A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field plus at least 2 years of direct experience providing Microsoft Office Suite support in a customer-focused environment.
• Candidate should be a GC or Citzn

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Deliver advanced one-on-one support (walk-in, Teams, email, telephone) for all desktop applications in the PRC.
• Teach Microsoft 365 classes (basic to advanced, up to 7 classes/week, in person and virtual via Teams). The classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 8am to 3pm eastern standard time.
• Assist with application updates and PRC hardware changes within 15 days.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PRC equipment and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint.
• Maintain and track customer equipment loaners.
• Maintain training room hardware and peripherals (e.g., scanners, laminators, laser engravers).
• Create/update user guides, recommend new hardware/software, and perform routine support tasks in the PRC.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting/repairs on specialty equipment.
