Description

THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

o Minimum of 3-4 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads paid campaigns.
o Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge managing SEO for global sites along with Paid Campaigns
o Proficiency in Google and Microsoft/Bing Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
o Must have Google Ads and Analytics certification, as well as knowledge of other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads)
o Strong knowledge of updates and trends across various paid campaign types
o With a proven track record of managing multiple ad accounts with consistently positive results across all campaigns
o Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
o Must have a work device (PC or Laptop) and backup device if possible
o Must have a strong and stable internet connection and backup provider if possible
o Others: Permanent WFH set up

Responsibilities
  • In charge of development, implementation, and optimization of existing and new Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping, etc.) to improve performance, CTR, and conversions while managing Google, Microsoft/Bing ad spending with clear KPIs, handling bids, budgets, audiences, and targeting settings
  • Analyze site and campaign performance data to create reports, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are cost-effective and adhere to the relevant budget set and ensure Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for Google Ads
  • Create the marketing activity plan in line with consumer, product, distribution, and Group brand objectives and business targets
  • A strong understanding of branding ensures that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels
  • In charge of market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor best practices, and manage monthly KPI reporting for paid media aligned with marketing plans
  • Perform advanced keyword research, optimize website content, and oversee link-building strategies to enhance organic search rankings in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Regularly assess competitors’ digital strategies and adjust to stay competitive in search engine results.
