  Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.

In this role, you will ensure that our transformation solutions, whether delivered in person or virtually, meet our business goals. You will play a key role in the success of the business applications change management and training organization by implementing adoption solutions on the people side of change. Your mission will be to maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance in accordance with all internal and client objectives.
Travel to client sites may be required up to 15% of the time, based on their needs. You will be working either in a general office environment or from home based on your location.
