JOB INFORMATION (INCL. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

We are seeking an experienced MS Business Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimising enterprise-level CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power-Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps), Azure Functions, C#, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server. They will play a key role in integrating cloud-based solutions and automating data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
The successful candidate will join the Business Applications team and report into the Business Applications team lead.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and Customise Dynamics CRM Solutions: Maintain customised solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps to meet business requirements.
• Integration & Automation: Leverage Azure Data Factory to integrate cloud-based systems and automate data flows between enterprise application and Data warehouse.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CRM systems, identifying, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including technical specifications, user manuals, and change logs.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• EDUCATION:– Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• EXPERIENCE:– Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.– Proven expertise in Power Platform for building custom apps and automating business processes.– Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework for backend development.– Experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration and automation.– Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• TECHNICAL SKILLS:– Customisation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (forms, entities, workflows, plugins, etc.).– Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies.– Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.– Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and continuous integration.– Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions is a plus.– Understanding of basic Data warehouse concepts.– Knowledge of Business Central would be advantageous but not necessary.
