MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL AL DEVELOPER

We are seeking a skilled AL Developer to join our ERP delivery team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AL extensions that enhance Business Central functionality, ensuring alignment with modern development practices and cloud-first architecture.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and automated testing frameworks.

• Develop and maintain AL extensions for Microsoft Business Central, ensuring modularity and upgrade compatibility.
• Convert legacy C/AL customisations into AL-based extensions as part of our modernisation roadmap.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments and customisations.
• Support integration efforts with LS Retail and other third-party solutions.
• Stay current with Microsoft’s AL language updates and Business Central roadmap.
