As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of their solutions, ensuring they derive maximum value from their technology investments. You will play a key role, as part of our delivery team, in understanding our clients’ business requirements and translating them into effective and robust technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyse business processes, requirements, and objectives, and provide guidance on how to leverage Business Central/LS Retail.
  • Configure and implement Business Central/LS Retail solutions, including customisations, integrations, and extensions.
  • Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and devise strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ existing systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients’ end-users on the effective use of Business Central/LS Retail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system testers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers for additional support or integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Business Central/LS Retail and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Offering recommendations on best practices and industry standards in relation to Business Central/LS Retail and related technologies.
  • Participating in pre-sales activities, such as solution demonstrations and proposal development.
