* The Microsoft Licensing & SAM Lead Analyst is responsible for leading and managing Microsoft Software Asset Management (SAM) activities, True-Up processes, and licensing compliance engagements across assigned accounts. * The role serves as the central focal point for Microsoft licensing governance, ensuring full understanding and control of Microsoft licensing models (on-premises and cloud), including SQL Server, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure offerings. * The primary objective of the role is to manage the SAM team, oversee SAM ELB reporting, identify licensing gaps, build and maintain the True-Up pipeline, manage customer baselines, and ensure accurate daily licensing operations including order placement and invoice processing.
