Description JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly experienced AI Project Specialist to support our IT department in developing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and AI agent technologies. This project-based role will focus on designing, coding, and deploying AI agents to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency. This is a temporary contract position, and the overall timeline will be determined by the scope of work and the time required for the selected candidate to successfully design, develop, and implement the AI agent(s). PAY Depending on experience POSITION TYPE Temporary Contract / Project-Based JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies Write and implement code required to build, test, and deploy AI agents Collaborate closely with the IT department to integrate AI solutions into existing systems Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation through AI Test, refine, and optimize AI agent performance Document development processes and provide technical guidance as needed Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platform certification Previous experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms Extensive experience working with AI technologies and building AI agents Strong programming and coding experience related to AI development Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with automation, integrations, and enterprise systems is preferred
