Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business processes? We’re seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the team configuring, and optimizing our D365 F&O environment to support our organizational goals.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a cross functional and technical team.
• Experience in D365 design, configuration, integration, upgrades, training and end user support in a multi-national, multi-currency environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of business processes and financial principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

• Lead the deployment, and support of D365 F&O solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical experts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Oversee system configuration, customisation, testing and deployment
• Conduct system audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
• Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies and project governance
• Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their experience and productivity
• Manage key ISVs integrated to D365 F&O
