THE ROLE:

• Analyze and document As-Is and To-Be business processes across Finance, Operations, and Trade Logistics
• Identify workarounds to meet business requirements without custom development
• Align customer requirements with Microsoft’s continuous release plans and out-of-the-box capabilities
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation & Customization
• Provide deep functional expertise in D365 F&O Trade & Logistics
• Develop and implement customized solutions to solve complex business challenges
• Support system configuration, integration, and security enhancements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Financial Operations
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
• Deliver comprehensive documentation and user training
