Job Description We are currently looking for a Microsoft DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver highly scalable, resilient, and secure solutions, while fostering a culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated operations. Responsibilities : As a Microsoft DevOps Engineer, you will: Manage and optimize Azure resources, including compute, storage, networking, and PaaS services, to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with architects and DevOps peers to design and implement secure, scalable, and well-governed Azure cloud solutions. Support migration of existing systems and workflows to Azure, following architectural standards and automation best practices. Build or maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to streamline deployments and operational workflows. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Azure Automation, PowerShell, ARM/Bicep templates, or Terraform. Implement and maintain Azure governance (RBAC, policies, tagging, cost management) to ensure compliance and efficient resource usage. Work with security teams to apply cloud security baselines, implement monitoring, and meet regulatory compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud and infrastructure issues across multiple platforms. Contribute to the development of reusable automation components and operational playbooks. Continuously identify opportunities to improve cloud operations, deployment processes, and overall efficiency. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of delivering cloud solutions. Strong portfolio of successful cloud automation projects and innovations. Professional certifications in cloud platforms or cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS and private cloud environments). Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker). Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Flux). Familiarity with platform engineering principles and tools (e.g., Backstage). Knowledge of microservices, serverless computing, observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace), and REST APIs. Solid understanding of networking, security, and integration platforms (API management, messaging solutions). Soft Skills & Other Requirements: Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
