We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale CRM transformation project, migrating from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. This position plays a key role in defining architecture, integrations, and data migration strategies to support business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs
  • Proven experience with data migration and integration across multiple systems
  • Deep understanding of role-based security and compliance in cloud environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Architect
  • Experience with Salesforce or AS400-to-D365 migration projects
  • Previous leadership in hybrid delivery environments (Agile + Waterfall)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules
  • Design secure and scalable solutions using Power Platform and Azure services
  • Define integration approaches with third-party systems (SAP, SharePoint, Office 365, ServiceNow)
  • Support phased data migration from Salesforce and legacy systems
  • Establish environment management strategy including CI/CD and governance
  • Guide development teams, ensuring quality, security, and performance standards are met
  • Act as a technical mentor and point of escalation for project teams
