JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Expert to lead the training, customization, and ongoing implementation of our Business Central ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Business Central modules, business processes, and user training best practices, ensuring effective adoption and optimization across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience (3+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)implementation and training.
· In-depth knowledge of core BC modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
· Experience in training diverse user groups, both technical and non-technical.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to document technical and non-technical procedures clearly.
· Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI is a plus.
· Certification in Business Central (MB-800) or related Microsoft certifications is an advantage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
· Experience in a similar ERP role in Manufacturing with Food Manufacturing a plus.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training & Support
· Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for end users across departments.
· Create user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation.
· Provide hands-on support during for all Business Central actions .
· Act as the primary contact for user questions and issue resolution.
System Implementation & Enhancement:
· Lead or support on going use and additional implementation of Business Central modules.
· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
· Customize Business Central functionality using standard features, extensions, and third-party add-ons where applicable.
· Coordinate with developers, consultants, or partners for more advanced customizations.
Process Improvement:
· Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and recommend BC-driven solutions.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement process automation and optimization.
Data Management:
· Assist with data migration, cleansing, and validation during implementation or system updates.
· Ensure data integrity and consistency across Business Central modules.
Ongoing System Administration:
· Manage user roles, permissions, and security protocols.
· Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
